- What is your sample policy and sample lead time?
- Sample policy: We are willing to provide samples free for serious customers. Customers will have to pay the sample shipping cost by providing us their courier service’ account numbers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT,…)
- Sample lead time: 7-14 days.
- What is Term of Payment?
- TTr 30/70 (30% deposit and 70% on copy B/L) or L/C at sight.
- What is the minimum order value (MOA) and minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- MOA: 10,000 USD. We kindly add handling surcharge 300 USD if MOA is under 10,000 USD.
- MOQ: 200pcs/ set.
- What is your shipping port?
- Our price is FOB (USD) Hai Phong port and Ho Chi Minh port.
